In its introduction of Sound Therapy, Apple Music now adds Focus, Relax, and Sleep playlists

This collaboration with Universal Music Group innovates on a collection of familiar songs, aiming to improve well-being through sound, similar to binaural beats and white noise.

I believe users of the popular Endel app will find this addition familiar.

3 iPhones display sound therapy playlists for Focus, Relax, and Sleep, respectively.

Here's how Apple describes the feature and the artists featured in the collection:

Sound Therapy features extended, instrumental, and reimagined versions of popular tracks from acclaimed artists such as Imagine Dragons, Katy Perry, Kacey Musgraves, Ludovico Einaudi, AURORA, Jhené Aiko, Chelsea Cutler, and Jeremy Zucker, providing a premium listening experience.

Apple Music subscribers now get access to this new feature, giving them one more reason to pick Apple Music over other streaming platforms.

This audio wellness feature follows Apple’s earlier release of the free Ambient Music tool found in the Control Center.
